Enemy at the gates, so don’t cry wolf

Source -- Sunday Guardian

Rinderpest is also more commonly known as the “foot and mouth” disease and in the past, it has swept through the subcontinent with catastrophic results. In the last ten-odd days since the tragic loss of 20 Indian soldiers in the icy region of the Galwan Valley to Chinese machinations, one can only watch in mind-numbing amazement as many of our countrymen, some of whom have once donned the uniform and served, have suddenly taken leave of their senses.Add to this the mushrooming crop of self-styled defence experts and analysts. Just as the Pakistanis at Longewala in 1971 were intercepted, radioing for help as IAF Hawker Hunters decimated their tanks, “ek jata hai toh ek aata hai aur bees-bees minute ooper nachta hai” (as one goes, the other comes and dances around above us for 20 to 40 minutes) we watch equally helplessly as we evolve into a country of professional blabber mouths. From a channel even describing the intake of a certain type of fighter aircraft th…

Source -- Tribune China will have to pay a "heavy price" for decades for resorting to aggressive military behavior towards India in eastern Ladakh as it will isolate the country globally, strategic affairs experts said on Saturday.

They said the economic cost of China's misadventure in the last couple of months in eastern Ladakh and South China will be "massive" as it has "exposed" Beijing's "real face" when the entire world is fighting coronavirus. The experts have also referred to China's tariff war with the US, growing bickering with Australia on trade-related issues and the fast deteriorating situation in Hong Kong."China has made a huge mistake by resorting to aggressive military behaviour in eastern Ladakh. By triggering the standoff when the world is fighting the coronavirus pandemic, China has exposed itself globally," former Deputy Chief of Army Staff Lt Gen Gurmit Singh said."The cost for China will be huge. China opens New front in Depsang plains along LAC on Eastern Border with India

After multiple round of talks with army  and a violent faceoff at Galwan Valley in Eastern Ladakh in India.  China has now deployed heavy troops in Depsang plains on the LAC with close to Daulat Beg Oldy airstrip which is very critical to india. The reason behind the latest move of China appears to be India's strong stand on Galwan and Pangon TSO.

India has already completed the construction of DSDBO road to Daulat Beg Oldy on LAC few months back which is very critical for India on both the Eastern and Western fronts for good connectivity to its northern most air strip. Which is a realy strong backbone to the Siachen Glacier and very important and highest points to target far enemy locations inside LAC and LOC.

Now china want to target this to put pressure on India. On the contrary army and other negotiating authorities is also confused how to negotiate with china as he is the biggest liar and no once can believe him. What he says in talks is completely different on ground reality.

INDIA-CHINA CLASH UPDATES (LAC) : Diplomatic talks on, but government skeptical about china intentions

India and china on table of negotiations for resolving the LAC issue between both the countries at Galwan and Pangong Tso area which is recently converted into a conflict resulting in death of 20 Indian soldiers and approx 45 to 50 Chinese soldiers(china not accepted it officially). But American agency and foreign minister of India acknowledged it on the basis of sources.

Even after multiple rounds of talk Indian Army and Govt is skeptical about the Chinese intentions because historically they are the liar and no one in the world can rely on there wordings. Also in current scenario they have proved it few days back they got agreed to remove the army and reduce their strength from PP14 at Galwan Valley near LAC but that was not followed on ground when our soldiers went to talk about this deescalation they attacked us back and this resulted in killing of their 45 soldiers and 20 of our soldier got martyred in this.  Again we had started talks again they promised to Deescalate the things…

Indian Army's mountain warfare experience and strategies make its troops the 'most skilled in the area'. From the northern borders in Jammu and Kashmir to Arunachal Pradesh, the eastern-most part of the country, a large number of Indian soldiers are deployed in the mountains and have mastered the art of fighting in the snowy landscape as well as the harsh barren vastness of Ladakh, the region where they are currently in an eyeball-to-eyeball situation with the soldiers of China's Peoples Liberation Army.
"At present, the world’s largest and experienced country with plateau and mountain troops is neither the US, Russia, nor any European powerhouse, but India," read an article by Huang Guozhi, a senior editor of Modern Weaponry magazine and a Chinese expert.Huang stated that since the 1970s, the Indian military…
